At The Job Accelerator, we strive to deliver a transparent and customer-friendly experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, while ensuring operational clarity.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellations may not be accepted if the service or product has already been processed, scheduled, or delivered.
- Certain services or digital products may be non-cancellable once accessed or delivered.
Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the service received, or believe it does not match what was described, please contact our support team within 30 days of access or delivery.
- Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Valid reasons may include:
- Technical issues preventing access
- Material defects in course content or delivery
- Quality concerns raised and verified by our team
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refunds are not applicable on:
- Services already rendered or completed
- Customised coaching sessions
- Programs that have been partially or fully accessed/downloaded
- Offers or promotional discounts after enrollment
Complaints & Disputes
For concerns or dissatisfaction, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving the service. Our team will evaluate your complaint and suggest appropriate remedies, which may include a partial refund, credit note, or alternate service.
